Johannes Männer ist seit mehr als 4 Jahren Agile Coach bei Gieseke + Devrient. Insgesamt ist er seit über 11 Jahren im Unternehmen.
My Mission:
To support the organization as an Agile Coach and Transformation Consultant to become adaptable and self-learning. The result of my mission is, on the one hand, changed processes in the organization and on the other, an organization that independently changes its working culture and processes if necessary.
The processes are „only“ an externally observable aspect of this change. As a rule the lived values, beliefs, abilities and knowledges of each individual in the now self-learning organization have also changed in the coorporation.
